I was out with my mom and we stopped by Home Depot for some bubble wrap, and we passed a reservoir or something. I saw a Dratini!!!! My mom was speeding away when it popped up so I only had one shot and I got it!

I went to the dam and there was no Dratini. Maybe it's by certain locations to where they show up. Tauro's disappeared when I went back to hunt for him. I was kind of pissed at that.
So my friends Pokemon Go doesn't show wild Pokemon. It has everything else fine, PokeStops show up and she gets items from them as normal. She used an incense to see if that helped and it didn't. But when she downloaded it last night she was able to catch a couple of Pokemon. She restarted the app a few times and the servers seemed fine (mine was working fine). Does anyone know how to fix this?
I had the same problem. Re-install it. And also clear the cache/data within the Program Application of your phone. Mine started working after I re-installed it twice on my phone and did the "clear cache" thing.
Just finished a walk around Audobon Park in New Orleans, and lord I caught five Squirtles and Ivysaur, amongst some other irrelevants, hatched an Eevee, and saw TWENTY-SIX other people playing Go Someone laid down two lures at adjacent Pokéstops and it got so lit
The no-gyms thing or w/e isn't even bad. Honestly the gym formula is what leads to game being so linear and defeats it from going open world. It's basically the reason we have a "Go from point A to point B to progress" format and I'm more them welcoming to the idea of them taking them out for something else.

Caught a Zubat & Grimer on my way to the store earlier. Evolved my Weedle into Kakuna. Can't wait to get icon Beedrill and I also joined Team Blue. Only experienced a few issues with the servers being down.
Downloaded Go again. It works for me know, I finally managed to find some Pokémon! Never been so excited to catch a Spearow and Rattata. Gonna make time to walk around my neighborhood once I'm done with work to check out some PokéStops and catch some more mons.
