Sadly I agree. If Rihanna felt her team was inadequate like many of us fans do she would replace them by now.

So my blame goes to her before anyone else, she's not 16. She's in control

But hey this is the same person who puts her publicist to use once every 5years... When there's countless things that could've easily been damage controlled.

When you guys think having a new team would make Rihanna do any type of promo.

The only way she's doing any substantial amount of promo is if she's paid/contracted to do so (HOME, Star Trek)

As for videos, those have never been Rihanna's forte and I don't expect that to ever change, you could bring in anyone and it will remain the same beside the few amazing ones. Also for tour, clearly Rihanna loves the very simplistic, and minimalist approach.
Sometimes, you guys are just asking Rihanna to change who she is.

It's not that deep. No one is asking her to change. No one is asking for promo.

HOWEVA! Some of the execution can get sloppy when it really shouldn't be. Sometimes it really is just basic 101. Some ATRLers have more sense and ideas of planning while her team doesn't. Rihanna doesn't need to change, she just needs a better team to support her and her vision, whatever it may be and however she chooses to unveil it. Just my opinion. I feel like her stardom deserves better.

TBH it's probably all Rih (and the people she researches and brings on for her projects...ie Met Gala or the BBHMM video for ex.). I don't think it'd hurt to bring on someone new on a more permanent to provide Ciarra with some assistance .

Obviously Rihanna is fine w/ her team then there's nothing to be said but yannow. I think it would be great.

She still has a long way to go before reaching Gold in Germany and France. She'll need to do some serious damage control because Europe has lowkey turned their backs on her this era Touring receipts (which aren't what i would've hoped for) I don't think it's Anti's sound that has pushed them away but the lack or promotion and attention over the years is starting to show. Same thing with Australia and Japan( the former being one of her biggest markets during Loud and GGGB era's)
