Nope not only one person. Everyone who does the challenge sends, I did too.
The point is, the person who completed the challenge the quickest and sent Element the PM first gets the first spoon.
If you wanna win a round, you need to complete the whole challenge and PM Element but you need to be the first one to do so.
If you're not, it doesn't matter of you sent a PM or not. If you completed the challenge and PM Element but you're not the first, does not mean that you get a spoon. That's why you gotta post the word.
