People in here saying that we need to continue killing cops ARE the reason that we have problems like police brutality in the first place. Y'all are the ones who give these particular police officers motives to act so hastily and carelessly in otherwise soluble situations.

Also I'm getting word that one of the fatally shot cops was a black female? Yeah, how exactly is that "sticking it to the white men" if minorities are going down with them?

I don't know who is innocent any more than you do. I don't know how many times these innocent cops had to cover for one of their own. I don't know. You don't know. We are assuming.

Well i haven't been in this thread for a while and by the looks of it ,it seems to be arguments so i'll just post the updates i've found:

One of the shooters(who's now dead) motive

“He said: ‘He was upset about black lives matter. He said he was upset about the recent police shootings. He was upset at white people. People stated he wanted to kill people especially white officers. That we will eventually find the IEDs.

Most injured officers have left hospital

Police chief Brown confirmed to the press conference that most officers injured in the shootings have now left hospital.

He could not confirm how many or any details on their conditions but said some would need to return for follow-up treatment.

Seven officers were injured in the attacks.

US Capitol building on lockdown

The US Capitol building in Washington has been placed under lockdown.

Witnesses at the scene have reported a woman entering the building with a gun.

Katherine Scotted tweeted: “We’re currently locked in the House chamber. Overheard a Capitol police officer say a woman entered Rayburn with a gun

the original cops were the slave hunters. the brutality has been going on unchecked and unpunished for centuries.
Police commissioners are giving their PD the tasks to go into under privileged communities to harass innocent people.

Most of these kids can't even wipe their own ass properly, nonetheless actually think more than a week ahead within their lives

This will make police even more alert and will drum up more support for suppression of riots and protests. Cops are like other humans, they fear for their lives and put them on the line daily; this is no different

That doesn't mean we treat them the same way. An eye for an eye would leave everyone blind. The point is that no one should be unlawfully murdered and detained and not receive justice. We shouldn't want it to happen to them just because its happening to us.

We're expecting and asking the good cops to step up and help weed out the bad apples, but then we turn around condone the killings of possible good cops under some "oh well, that's what they get" BS that solves nothing in the end.

The protest was so beautiful. People of all races, gender, economic backgrounds coming together and 2 psychos ruined it. Everyone in Texas is devastated.

If police were instructed to act exactly the same way that they were 150 years ago, you'd be seeing far, far greater numbers of African American murders from the force and black people wouldn't be allowed to enroll in it to begin with.

Supporting killing cops is just giving these conservatives the fuel they need to say these black people are the ones who are aggressive and making the cops act this way.
