According to the police chief, a standoff is still going on between a suspect in a parking garage against officers. Suspect is not cooperating or negotiating and is still firing shots at police.

Suspect claims "the end is coming and more officers will die." Chief also believes there may be more suspects.

Per Chief of Police:
-Currently in negotiations with a suspect at in a parking garage who has been exchanging gunfire with law enforcement for the past forty-five minutes (I assume this is that graphic video we all saw). He is stating that "the end is near" and that he intends to kill more law enforcement and has stated that there are multiple bombs planted throughout the parking garage and the nearby Dallas vicinity (downtown)

-Have a female in custody who was also near the garage

-Followed a mercedes who officers stopped ( we already knew this). They are in custody and also being interviewed.

Chief of Police is still not comfortable that they have all the suspects.

The cops are negotiating with one of the suspects and the suspect is saying the end is coming and he plans to kill more cops and that there are more bombs
