This is not going to change anything but make policemen even more trigger-happy when they see a black guy reaching down into his pockets for an id. This is opposite of progress and it's going to hurt the black community the most. And that is the reason why this should not be applauded because the next time a black guy gets killed this will be brought up as an excuse and no matter how stupid it may sound to you and me it won't sound as stupid to people with the anti-black agenda. So congrats. Change will happen but it's not going to be a positive one.

No no, I think he just turned himself in because they wanted to speak with him. He isn't a suspect but just someone they wanted to talk to. I'm sure he will be disconnected pretty quickly due to those videos showing him not being involved whatsoever. MSNBC, CNN have both began to repeatedly state how he was in the ground during the shootings so they're definitely attempting to fix their **** up.
