I was wondering why Gaga didn´t collaborate in "Hands", considering that the song was released by Interscope.

I think it's because she wants her next single to be her official comeback. If she had been on Hands, people might have mistaken it as her comeback. It's probably why they haven't put out her song on the new Chic album either.

What the public hears her on next is going to be what they see her comeback as so it's going to be her next lead single.
