Those numbers weren't too bad to say she had 0 promotion and wasn't doing Europe friendly music at the time.

Rap music is bigger now though so, with promotion, there's no reason this tour couldn't be a success.

When Devon said "neglecting your pop fans", he meant to say the reason why TPP tour did underwhelming numbers in some European countries is because she stopped making pop music and her pop fans lost interest. PF:RR era is her biggest era in Europe because she made pop music but once she went back to making urban music in 2013/2014, most of her pop fans didn't care for the urban music.

This reminds me, I'm really interested to see how NM4 does in Europe. Urban music has been increasing in Europe since The Pinkprint's release and with streaming now being incorporated to most of the European album charts, NM4 will most likely get higher chart peaks than The Pinkprint in Europe.

Even though TNISY is pop, the album is still a hip-hop/rap album. Out of 23 tracks, how many of those songs are pop? 5 tracks? That doesn't take away from the fact that most of the hit singles from TPP in Europe were hip-hop/rap.

I should've edited my original post but what I meant to say is that she stopped making pop albums and her pop fans lost interest.
