Ignoring that Twice doubles as a Taiwanese Super-PAC, the thing Twice and Gfriend have over Red Velvet (and pretty much every girl group to debut in years) is a male fan base. Doesn't seem like much considering how dominant fangurls are in the genre, but it seem to be a key component of the crossover effect outside of the tiny percentage of people who use kpop music to the public in general. Not to mention it's a key component in an ability for a girl group to get commercials and endorsements, which sorta start an echo chamber of intra-promotion.
Things were going well for Cube, up until the point where their CEO developed a terminal illness.
well sure... BUT this is JYP...just because they had an underperfomed year u cant scratch them that easy... its the same if people start doing the same to YG just because he hasnt a good year.. u cant deny the impact and the power these companies have..
I was shook the other day by INFINITE's members age like I
still remember when they debuted, and it feels decades ago, but it didn't hit me until I saw a OH thread
