It's not his best album, but it's also not terrible. There's many nice songs (One Dance, Controlla, Hotline Bling, Hype, Childs Play, Still Here, With You, Pop Style, and U With Me). A terrible album would struggle to even have 3 good songs (like Britney Jean).
And anyways, he's dropped 3 releases, features, and throwaway tracks since 2015. Even if Views isn't his best he's saturated so much material it makes up for it. For Free, Back to Back, select songs from What a Time, and If You're Reading This are also nice.

But most of the people I'm fans for are flops / flopping very hard these days compared to their prime, so idk where you got this. And I've liked Drake for years so.
