Below is what's currently planned; I'm currently DexNaving for a three-star Happiny with the right three perfect stats, and I'll breed for nature and egg moves tomorrow probably. The rest are done and need to be EV trained, though I need to snatch an Ability Capsule for Garchomp.
There are some flaws in the team and some holes here and there, but it's a good start. The first three will be permanent since they'll actually have the appropriate IVs, natures, and abilities. I'm thinking of maybe replacing N's Zoroark with his Ferrothorn? It would have six IV's at 30 when caught wild and it will have a neutral nature, which is basically fine. I'm not sure what to do with Rhyperior and Gengar in the future, though I might still make the latter Mega on another set or when I don't use Charizard.

I can't see ferrorthorn doing much that chansey and rhy can't do, Personally I might look at getting something that can set up maybe, as someone pointed out if you keep the scarf on the dragon you can't use the swords dance. I like your team though, at fist glance I thought someone with water and ice moves would sweep through half your team, then I noticed the drought, so nice.
Might be worth getting a fighting type check move though as its so common. Psychic or dazzling gleam won't leave them standing long, Especially since thats the only thing thats going to take your chansey down quickly and rhyperior/zorrack if you keep him wont appreciate it. Gengar can learn both i think and its a nice switch in because it won't take any damage.
