It's like if a movie director wanted to be credited as a writer, cinematographer, editor, stylist, sound editor, etc.

I don't get her obsession with it, she should focus on what she's truly great, which is performing & let the people that help her build her entire brand get their much deserved credit.

Well, for starters Taylor wrote all the songs of her album (with some co-writers). I know you guys love to diminish 1989 because it's a pop album but that doesn't make it any less elaborate than other albums that aren't pop.

25 is a great album, Adele's 2nd best after 19. Hello, Million Years Ago and Why Do You Love Me are amazing.

Localtrash doesn't have a single good song on it. It doesn't deserve a Grammy for anything.

He won producer of the year in 2015 (when SIO was his only nominated song)
Then his other two grammys are from 1989 as well.

I shade Taylor for fun. I have all of her albums.

She became a legend when she won AOTY 2x and secure 10 years strong.

But my point was that many didn't think this was worthy and that a worthy album should have won but now they are expecting the worthy album to win instead of 25 or radiohead or bowie???
