He's Robert Baratheon's bastard son (the only known one still living). Technically the heir to the throne, but he was never legitimized, so the Baratheon name is extinct now.

Weren't the last dragons slain a century before Dany brought them back? All the while, Craster was sacrificing his sons to the White Walkers until his death. Benjen Stark also mentioned the return of the White Walkers before Dany brought the dragons back. I don't think it's impossible for one to live while the other dies. The plot indicates otherwise.

i think it's more so indicative that both the dragons and white walkers started growing into bigger and bigger threats simultaneously, and im pretty sure the dragons had been gone for longer than just 100 years (could be wrong)

and again like that writer or producer just confirmed , the plots that we see at any given episode for each of the characters aren't necessarily happening at the same time

I thought they were going to make Rickon into a mage like character on the show after season 1. Cause he had that vision of his father being in the crypt, after his execution. I thought he had powers.

Dany brought the dragons back in the tenth episode of the first season, but we were introduced to the White Walkers in the first episode of season one.

The dragons serve as weapons to eliminate the White Walkers, but I think that's where the connection ends.

Do you mean Bran? He basically is, just magic-lite. I think once you start doing Harry Potter kind of magic in a show like game of thrones it shatters a bit of the realism and seriousness.
