Yeah it's easy, you just drop it into Photoshop, resize (and trip/clip the footage if you need to).
Then if you want to sharpen the footage you need to make sure it's a Smart Object and make sure you sharpen the first frame of the footage (won't sharpen every frame if it's not the first frame).
Then do your colour stuff.
Then save (and if it's over the 500 frame limit - change the framerate in the 'Set Timeline Frame Rate' option in the dropdown menu icon on the right side of the timeline). Done
