How come popular white artists (Gaga, Katy, Taylor, Madonna, etc) tend to do their own work/creative/writing/etc while non-white popular artists (Rihanna, Beyonce, Selena Gomez, etc) tend to have teams do their work for them? Am curious.

I didn't say she's not problematic at all, I said she's pretty unproblematic.
Her use of the word retarted was dumb but she apologized immediately after and not after a backlash occured like most other celebs.
