Natalie did really well. Desite being a no fave of mine, I felt bad for her character.
Its sad she actually realized what was going to happen (smart unlike the others) saw her brother humiliating himself before.

The deaths this episode were so sudden, almost uninportant... but that's how it feels irl when there's a major explosion/attack somewhere out in the world.

Thats what we all naturally perceive from the acting/her words... However if you watch the videos "inside the episode" and the one about Jon's election the actors/D&D hint at her being jealous/angry/something not pretty happening.

IIRC, the show has a really packed filming schedule and each episode requires a director to stick around for a few months. So...even with a shortened season I'm pretty sure that would be nigh impossible.
Jack Bender was booked for 6 months for 2 episodes.

I honestly don't understand how the face thing works, like is it magic? is it just cosmetics? how does it change her body shape if its just a face? How did she teleport across an entire ocean, and land mass in 1 episode

Everyone in the cept was doomed. There was no quietly sneaking out. NO ONE was allowed to leave until the trail was finished after Cersei showed up, but of course, Cersei had other plans.

He followed him because he was suspicious of the little boy.

And he crawled towards the wildfire because he wasn't gonna be fast enough to flee, he was wounded. His only choice was to try to prevent the fire from reaching the kegs.

I wonder if the Tyrells will face the same fate / family extinction in the books. Loras and Marg have an older brother or two that were erased on the show... Will GRRM leave them safe in Highgarten, or will they attend their brother's trial and die? Will Loras even have a trial? I seem to recall that he was attacking Dragonstone or whatever Stannis's home was called and he was either severely wounded, or else faking so that the Tyrells could dupe Cersei .


And I think that Sansa's plot the past two seasons has been the biggest divergence from the text. I feel like she'll still end up in Winterfell in the books, but her journey there will be entirely different.

Her journey will basically just diverge in not being married to Ramsay.
I don't think it will be "entirely different" as I expect her to lead the Knights of the Vale to save Jon's sorry ass, but she'll be going with them instead of already at Winterfell.

Jaime's seems more different than her story vs. the books.
