Also, as much as it would seem Danny to be the 'younger, more beautiful' queen to overthrow Cersei, I would honestly love it to be Sansa. They have a much more visceral connection and could be an iconic scene compared to Danny simply killing a Queen she has never met before.

I think it's unlikely, but not impossible that it could be Sansa afterall (though imo it would be totally underwhelming and not interesting at all ) but I just wanted to add that it seems unlikely that Dany will actually kill Cersei herself.
It will probably be Tyrion, or even Jaime if GRRM is feeling cruel

She took her revenge, saved the kingdom from these fanatics, and people got what they deserved.

Bran reunites with family, reveals Jon's parentage.
Dany lands in Westeros, allies with Jon.
Melissandre reunites with Arya... For what purpose?
Sam finds something useful in the Citadel, because otherwise there's no point to him being there.
Euron allies with Cersei, or else is flat out destroyed by Dany and co.
The North and Dany quickly topple Cersei so they can focus on the Whitewalkers.
Cersei dies, probably because of Jaime, but maybe Dany or Tyrion.
The Wall collapses(?)

I think the major deaths will be Cersei, Euron, and Littlefinger. Maybe Jaime.
Sansa, Olenna, a few other non-militants are at risk, I guess.
Most of the others will be necessary for the Whitewalker war in season 8.

Like! She's going to get what's coming to her and it'll be delicious. She's already unravelling in the books, it's just taking longer to happen here. Good guys might not always win on GoT, but selfish irrational ***** always get what's coming to them. It might not even be next season, but it's happening. Her "yasss kween" stans should enjoy it while it lasts

This would make sense of Cersei had it in her to be a good ruler, but everything so far has shown she doesn't handle power well. The fanatics were bad, but Cersei "saving" the kingdom from them is like going from a furnace to a stove. Not as hot, but you're still getting burnt.

Cersei all dressed and ready for her coronation before her son's body was even cold. The way she didn't even seem to care that her last child was lost now that she could have the power she always desired. Just.. burn him.

Whew that was an epic finale, sans Sam & Gilly's scenes. The end felt rushed a bit tho.
I am glad they didn't show everyone's dead with the wildfire, I thought I'd be sad for Loras but they ruined his character before he died anyway. However, I was really sad for Margaery's death because she understood what was happening but died because of a man's lack of understanding and ego I'll really miss Natalie Dormer

I think Cersei still loved Tommen, but it was clear that Tommen wasn't her son any more. He was molded by the High Sparrow and Margaery into someone that put his mother at the mercy of the Faith Militant. He lacked any will of his own.

That was such a shocking character transformation for her. The only redeeming quality she ever had was her love for her children, and that just completely disappeared. She felt no sadness at all for Tommen's death. Perhaps, in her mind, she had already lost him whenever he betrayed her. Still, it was a pretty jarring character transformation. I believe that at that point, Cersei knew there would be no happy ending in sight for her, so she may as well take a chance to sit on the Iron Throne before it all comes crashing down on her.

UGH I hope HBO or Netflix or someone picks up Natalie Dormer, she's too much of a flop for movies and too much of a talent to be wasted.
