Queen Targaryen will be the one true Queen. I hope that Jon doesn't end up ruling over the Seven Kingdoms now that we know he's the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna.

I also hope this show doesn't have a anticlimactic ending with the kingdoms all disbanding after the Night King and his army are defeated.

That's going to be the showdown to end the series, they have to tie up all the loose ends first. It's been hinted at that the entire series isn't really about the Iron Throne, it's about the war to come with the White Walkers

Her skin never really burnt, her hair did but she grew it back.

Also Daenerys was talking of marriage. Everything makes sense now, she'll marry Jon Snow which will bring the North back to the Seven Kngdoms. Jon, being half Targaryen, will ride one of her dragons. Hopefully their marriage will break her curse so that she can bear children again.
