It's going to happen. Yes, it's not legally binding, but it'd be incredibly stupid for the Conservative government to go back on their word and not do it; it'd make them look even more like liars + would be rather undemocratic. The only possible way of changing it is if there's an election fairly quickly and of the parties says they'll reverse the change if they're elected.

I'm here for another referendum with the finalised agreement vs. staying in the EU.

Whether the EU will let us do that idk but I think we'd vote to stay in the EU if that was the case because a lot of people really didn't realise the consequences of leaving.

They don't go hand in hand.

Conservative ideology, whether economically or socially, is 'every man for himself'.
