I come from a family of immigrants and voted leave, it's not just a clear 'they're racist and don't want any immigrants!!!1'. Immigration is a key part of today's society and with or without the EU it's going to happen. It's more about having a more balanced level.

People on Facebook and Twitter who I know are partly shading me putting stuff like "be grateful we have a democracy" and "you should've got more people to vote then"

It infuriates me because I don't have to like my country going to **** just because the public made that decision. And what annoys me even more is people saying "you should've campaigned harder". The same people that say "you should've voted" then just change to that so that no matter what you never win. People need to shut up and allow us to be angry about the vote. Lord knows if it had gone the other way we wouldn't have heard the end of it.
