30 percent of people might simply not have known what to vote. This wasn't an easy choice to make so maybe they felt that they should leave it to 'destiny' (everyone else vote.) You can't judge people for not voting when in reality they probably felt their vote could compromise the result because they couldn't make up their mind.
It is the people who vote for stupid reasons based on nonsensical discrimination and general hatred for others that ruined it more than just a confused and unsure 30%.
I also blame old people for being selfish again just like the Gay Marriage referendum. You'll be dead and no one is touching you pension so what do you care. Delete it wrinklys tbh!
