so i was chatting with this guy who's supposedly from england and i speak fluent american so there's a bit of a language barrier but he knew decent english. so i asked him about a game, it was sims 3 generations i really wanted that expansion pack for my sims game so i asked "well how much is it?" he said "it's 15 pounds" so apparently there's a bit of a language barrier there because i asked him how much it costs, not how much it weighs...
Tbh I haven't even seen any Psycho films or read any of the books or anything. But Bates Motel is a prequel anyway it doesn't make a difference. The show is based on Norman Bates as a teenager aging into adulthood and his many struggles. It focuses on the onset of his mental illness, schizophrenia it seems, and the very...intimate relationship him and his mother have. The acting in it is great though, Vera Farmiga is just astounding in her role. The relationship her and her son have is just the weirdest thing to watch, it almost makes you feel uncomfortable at times but that's supposed to happen, they just do such an excellent job at portraying the oddness of their relationship. You should defo try it!
