We won't know the actual turnout until tonight but I'm taking a shot at it being highest in the north of England, as well rural areas as usual.

There are some private exit polls going around but they have a huge margin of error because there's nothing to compare them with. It's not like a general election where you have hundreds of safe seats and just need to work out the rest.

Voted remain, but I can't say I'm particularly confident in my decision since I have little love for the EU. I just don't want to risk A. Destabilising Europe in a time when the far right is rearing its head and B. The even shittier Tories getting in power.

Waterloo has been hit hard by the weather, so south-eastern/central most affected, it's a big terminus so yeah...

But most polling stations are close to home. If there is low turnout generally, I blame the relentlessly negative campaign. I had enough months ago.

In Scotland it was in 1% of the final vote, so!

The preliminary YouGov poll was 51/49 for Remain, let's see if they keep it up, it'll be done on Sky just after 10pm.
