And some of his statements, especially about women and minorities, I find not just offensive but unacceptable. If he is elected, we will need Senators willing to encourage him in the right direction, and if necessary, stand up to him. I've proven a willingness to do both.

Kaine would be such an uninspired choice. And if they go the Latino route, Xavier Beccera is much, much better option than Castro. I stil hope it's Warren, though.

2. Beccera
3. Brown


And I have a strong feeling that Rubio is going to lose this November. Hillary will win Florida, and that'll help Patrick Murphy in his race against Rubio. I'm going to cackle when he loses, when he had the chance to sit it out and do something else until he inevitably runs for president again.

She'll win all of these, except for Georgia. North Carolina is a bit iffy, I think it'll be close, but that she'll eke out a win.

She'll flip a few red states, Georgia won't be one of them. She has a better chance in NC, Arizona, and Missouri. Utah will be very interesting to watch, Johnson could very well siphon enough Trump votes for Hillary to win. And Indiana could be in play, though living here, it seems like Trump territory. Though with a competitive Governor's race this year, with a deeply unpopular Republican in Mike Pence, that could help Hillary a lot.

I see, I couldn't hear the audio since I was at work but just reading the captions, he was just so extra and CNN highlighted quotes like "world-class liar" and going in on her whole "I'm with Her" slogan or whatever lol.

The worst (or best?) part is that most of the things he said about her are true (he's also using Bernie's talking points). He brought up the time she lied about being under gunfire in Bosnia

But he's now damaged goods after the primary. Most people now think of him as a robotic joke. And one of the most effective attacks against him was his constant absences from the Senate, aren't Floridians sick of a senator who can't even manage the basics of the job? And I would have more faith in his ability to win if he hadn't lost Florida so badly to Trump in the primary.

Rubio is only leading Murphy by 7 in the latest poll. Murphy has a lot of room to grow as the statewide electorate gets to know him. There are still 10% undecided. And Murphy and the democrats have a ton of effective material for attack ads, that you know they'll play on TV 'round the clock til Election Day. I wouldn't call this a shoe-in for Rubio by any means. And there will be a number of Republican Trump supporters who will be voting for Trump in the general but may very well be turned off by prospect of voting for Rubio after everything that's gone down, and by how Rubio is still distancing himself from Trump.
