So I have this idea of a rate with the songs by ATRL's fave pop girls that have won Albums Survivors in the Games section.
Adele:

Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Beyoncé, Adele.
And the not so heavy hitters but still have a huge following on ATRL:
Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Lana Del Rey, Carly Rae Jepsen, Madonna.
This could be an exciting rate. Maybe iHype can host it or anyone motivated.

I would definitely do this. (Although Sk8er Boi and My Happy Ending didn't quite hit that Top 5, Ace!)

So I've listened to John's album and needless to say, I think I'm going to be leaning towards him for the rate. I think it'll make things interesting.

Recap: Doing a rate between Kanye's The College Dropout, JT's Justified, and Usher's 8701 and I'm choosing the last album between John Mayer's Room For Squares and 50 Cent's Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. I'd really like it if people could vote for which they would prefer for the last option.

I saw people suggest it but no one was really asking to host it so can I do the Laura/Lianne/Corinne/Esperanza rate?
I think it would be a good idea to start it soon to capitalize on the people who are really enjoying Laura and Corinne's new albums since it is a fairly niche rate.
To be clear the rate would be:
Laura Mvula - The Dreaming Room
Corinne Bailey Rae - The Heart Speaks In Whispers
Esperanza Spalding - Emily's D+Evolution
Lianne La Havas - Blood

Ah really. I figured since Ace gave me the OK it wouldn't be a problem. It seems like Justified has been in consideration for a while but the opportunity to use it hasn't come up. What if I get the rate up and running within a week of my being able to make threads?

I'd love to do that. We had 94 singles peaking at #2 in the 80s (including classics such as Madge's "Express Yourself", Nena's "99 Luftballons, and Bruce's "Dancing in the Dark").
I just wonder if the ATRL kiddies would be in the mood to listen to so many oldies
