LOVE Pan's as a movie. Not sure about how I'd write a song for it tho.

The options are lowkey a mess tho. So many blockbusters and hardly any critically acclaimed drama. I want a Hitchcock film!

Wtf are you supposed to get out of Jurassic World? It's a bland and kinda sexist paint-by-numbers monster blockbuster film with a generic romance and a vague sense of brotherhood.

Like your songwriting options are "don't **** with nature or a monster will eat you" or maybe "we'll always be brothers and I'll always protect you."


The original Jurassic Park has a lot more to offer thematically, and thus a lot more to offer for songwriting inspiration.

I watched Metrolpolis at the Kimmel Center in Philly with a live pipe organ player it was magical. The themes in that movie are very intriguing.
