If A Star Is Born finished filming in May, it will probably be released in late 2017 which means she'll probably be doing promo for it late 2017 and if it's received well they'll promote for awards shows in early 2018. Get ready y'all #LG52018

I guess we will see LG5 only after this, since there is no way she would release it now, having in mind all promotion, world tour and other things she should bring with that LG5 era.. oh well, rip LG5.. #LG52018

The lead single is coming in late Q3 sometime around the VMAs. The album will follow sometime in Q4 just in time for the AMAs and Holiday Sales. I've said this since Spring 2015. Gaga's team would never release an album that's in Q1, Q2, or Q3. It has to be Q4. I knew Gaga wasn't ready in Q4 2015 so I knew the perfect time to strike would be Q4 2016. All the blockbuster releases from records labels, especially Interscope, always come at the end of the year. Labels like to save the big releases for that time because they know they will make more money since they sell well. I believe Q4 2016 was the plan all along. If ASIB filming starts in February, she'll most likely film it until April. Then the tour should start early Summer. It all makes sense if you think about it. She'll be on her 3rd single while filming so the last main performance of the era will be the GRAMMYs.

Gaga can easily release and have the era going while she then films. Promo blitz is needed for the second-single and album drop and for a few weeks after. Then it's a less intense part. It would be perfect if she released this year and then release one or two singles (as the third and fourth of the era) with pre-filmed videos during her movie shoot (with a couple of performances/appearances for each too maybe) that fit into her call schedule. Then when she wraps, she can rehearse and get on tour until the end of the year when the movie drops.

The movie will probably shoot on a lot in LA. She can literally walk across to whatever talk show is filmed there.

But how would she release her lead single in late Q3 around the VMA's (so in early August?) when that is when her new jazz album is coming out at that time? Will she promote a lead single and a tony collab at the same time? Seems messy

Or will she completely ignore C3C and act like it doesn't exist? I'm all for it but Tony might be offended.

Uhh, her pop era will never conflict with anything to do with jazz because they are different demographics. She's not going to be going to the VMAs or whatever to perform a jazz single. She could just drop C3C and put out a few specials again and that's it. I mean, I doubt she will devote as much time to it as she did with C2C.
