nicki is nowhere near over LMAO, she got a lot of her credibility and respect back from THEKAMPFPRINT
To gay pop culture fans maybe.
Straight men + the general public didn't listen to the album to begin with. All they know is Anaconda, Only, and Truffle Butter (the only real hits with any memorability two years later from the era).
Anaconda was a joke, and Only/Truffle Butter are taken seriously by anyone other than gay men because Lil Wayne & Drake.
The Pinkprint didn't gain her any substantial respect from the public.
The Pinkprint didn't save her from anything especially when it underperformed.
She's at the same status she was before it dropped in 2014. The people who dislike her (most people) still dislike her, and the people who liked her still like her.
The public isn't aware of the album to begin with, the only people who know it are gay men and select females -- all of who were fans and liked her before it.
Has anyone heard someone say "I disliked Nicki, but wow, The Pinkprint REALLY turned it around for me"?
