Never said she didn't want them. She's using EW's progressiveness for a reason. Yes, I know.

The progressive movement of the party IS there. It was there before Bernie, and it'll be there after Bernie. She needs to bring them in.

These people were mostly a cause of Obama's lack of "change" from his '08 campaign. She's thinking about the future of the party not just to get a big popular vote. She's going to win regardless. Still 20% of Democrats, not even Independents, are not on board yet. That's not a product of Bernie or her, but the electorate's viewpoint of the country and party as a whole.

If they did, the people who voted Trump would NOT be voting - hell, they might even vote Hillary out of spite. But at the same time, my only fear in that scenario is that it would probably incite violence.

If they dumped him it would cause riots and violence, you know, his supporters are scientifically proven to be less educated and driven by fear, so I feel that they would be the type to get angry and turn into a mob. If they dump Trump for anyone other than Cruz Hillary will lose. Remember Trump was able to unify the GOP in like a week. The vast majority of the GOP will vote against Hillary if they dump him. His most loyal supporters who will stay home probably live in red states anyways.

There's no evidence to suggest Hillary is just winning because of Trump.

She was leading all the GOP candidates except Kasich in head-to-head polls. She's winning because of her supporters not his lack thereof. Let's get that straight.
