dude my solution to my problems is generally to word vomit about them all over the internet so i'm definitely not gonna feel awkward. if i don't respond it's because i don't feel like i have a constructive response but i'm still wishing you luck in keeping on anyway
and yeah i used to have those thoughts really badly a couple years ago, but they've calmed down a lot recently. like thoughts of really gross stuff or gory things and stuff like that.
now that i said that i bet they'll come back
