So, Obama is directly responsible for the national security policy that wrecked Iraq, then removed the army and created a power vacuum for terrorists, including ISIS, to fill. And he's responsible for withdrawing American troops by following the agreement put in place by BUSH, and insisted on by the Iraqi government. Damn that Obama, he's so good that he made the Bush administration **** up Iraq years before he took office!
Note that no Republicans want to talk about how ISIS is on the run, their conquered area shrinking, and how all these attacks are their attempt to scare the West into pulling back before crushing them.
