It's ok to go braless as long as you don't wear tight shirts like the chick in the OP. If you're gonna go without, then you need to wear looser, baggier fitting shirts. The school is not about to cater to everyone's whim, there are dress code rules for a reason but there are ways of working around it without being super obvious.
