Basically it's a label created by Rain but Rain fleed the scene when it was the moment to invest some money in the label.
The label survived all these years thanks to MBLAQ. The other acts Two X (who ended their contract in 2014 with J.Tune and will coming back later), Pro C (which ended up being just a sub-unit of MadTown). Now MBLAQ are not really active and their contract are coming to an end, they won't renew for sure after Lee Joon & Thunder not renewing in 2014.

Basically everyone fleed that label even the creator.
