Sales are irrelevant to the artist these days lets be real. No one is selling besides Adele and Beyonce. The single and Tour is where the money is at. And lets knock on wood for gagz... YOU WISH she could do Lemonade numbers.

No Bieber or Selena single has sold more than "Born This Way" so miss me with that "bigger hit in the last five years" thing. Selena can't sell an album for her damn life and Bieber is probably the biggest joke in the industry... ever (not according to me, according to the public). But the GP loves them, right?
You're proving my point, actually. It's about the MUSIC, not the artist. By your logic, Panda, Mike Posner, and The Chainsmokers are SUPER POPULAR WITH THE GP because they're top ten on Billboard. Oh wait, no, that's not true. People just like the songs they have on the radio.
And no, I don't wish she could "do LEMONADE numbers". I'm not a stan who cares about her numbers. I don't need my fave to succeed so I can brag to strangers online.

Yes, bc unknown artists who are currently burning up the radio and chars like Zara Larsson, Lukas Graham, and G-Eazy are considered "cool" by the public. Oh wait, no they're not since the public doesn't even know who they are, they just know their MUSIC and like their MUSIC.
I mean, shouldn't Bieber selling well prove to you that all it takes is a good song for people to buy your music?

Nobody is running around screaming "I LOVE BIEBER!" like they do with Beyonce.
