It doesn't mean anything. D&D is teasing y'all and y'all too blind see through them. We all know how it'll go down. Cersei will find a way to overthrow the High Sparrow. She'll also murder Kevan Lannister and Pycelle , although she didn't kill them in ADwD.

I mean, they purposefully didn’t have Cersei wildfire-ing the Tower of the Hand on the show after Tywin died. I assume to make it more of a surprise when she uses it to kill a bunch of people.

We'll see, the guy who leaked all the true tea about this season seems to think differently

Plus the teasing from Olenna when talking about Cersei and all of her enemies and she can't possibly beat them all at once. Qyburn and Jamie talking to Edmure. It's probably going to happen, in fact I believe the leaker confirmed it, and it happens in the books, but a little differently
