Not pure electropop, I heard the boom boom clap reference to Queen (second British invasion) and the trancey feel referring back to the greatest era of electronic music in Europe.
The less noticeable fourth reference is to the beauty and the beast formula of female fronted metal bands. Especially when she can look pale white with black hair and having some dark clothing.
I can hope that she still can fuse the 3 external factors that could wipe out a race in a smash single having the side effect of stopping a rival dead in it's track. Yes, it has to be so nuclear glowing in the dark that it would melt a rival's face off and make singles drop out of the skies.
