I'm looking at scenarios that would turn Texas blue. One easy one would be if the college-educated white demographic goes from 56% republican to 57% democrat. A fun fact about moving that percentage is that Hillary would win 448 electoral college votes total, with Donald only winning 90.

This won't happen. A lot of Texas universities like A&M are EXTREMELY conservative.
If the minorities come out in droves this election, it's going to be a lot more blue than usual.
I suspect North Carolina and Arizona to go blue again. Other places likes Indiana and Utah could be at play if Dems throw money there while Trump is off his game and try to go for blue states. No matter what tho, Dems are getting or close to getting the Senate back and will add more seats to the House.

Only way she wins TX is if Johnson steal support from Trump. Though it could also take support from Hillary with conservatives who are only voting for her to vote against Trump.
