I never said it was impressive, nor great or good... It's average with today's sales climate but it's miles better than an album that had a top 5 single on hot100 and sold 5k on its 2nd week.

That's what I've never understood about any artist. Why don't their followers buy their music if it's pretty good. I guess all of Adele's do (26 million Twitter followers and 20-30 million sales per album) but she shouldn't be an exception. In a perfect world this kind of thing should somewhat happen for everyone and it doesn't. I realize streaming and different demographics are factors but still 5,000 second week, really? Ugg.

I disagree. While Taylor's fanbase is of course bigger, Fifth Harmony have a sizeable fan base that give them decent first weeks. Usually when an artist has such a sharp second week drop, it's because the fans buy it first week then the second week is the small cut of the GP interested in the album/fans buying more copies.

I do agree about the last part though. That explains why WFH/Worth It were hits while the albums underperformed considerably.

Let's be optimistic and say that 20 million only stream music, 10 million only follow her for her good looks/celebrity, 10 million are kids, 5 million for acting, 10 million don't like the album, 500,000 bought the album, and 5 million cant afford the album. That still leaves 22.5 f***ing million flop stans that I guess just ignore the albums existence and don't buy it . Like what the heck. BUY ALBUMS PEOPLE!
