Warren also doesn't bring geography or demographics to the ticket. She's not a good candidate for VP at this time. She's way more potent in the Senate, and I have a feeling she would have a lifetime seat as the incumbent for the Massachusetts Senate seat. There's dozens of politicians qualified to be VP, but there is only one Warren. We need her in the Senate.

Also, putting Warren on the ticket wouldn't unite the party. With recent news of Warren's impending endorsement of Clinton the Berniebros are already being delusional and saying she isn't a "real" progressive and that she should be primaried. Literally nothing will bring these hard-headed Bernie or Bust voters to Clinton. And they're such a small minority that frankly we don't even need them. All of the sane Bernie supporters already have or will switch over to Clinton with or without Warren on the ticket.

With all due respect, I feel like you're looking for reasons she would be bad as opposed to reasons she'd be great.
She's already 66 - she's not a lifetime Senator. She could take notes from Biden and Cheney and make the Vice President an even more powerful political entity than it's ever been; Cheney did that. She might not bring extra demographic advantages but the ones we already have are huge.
Nothing will immediately calm the Bernie supporters. They need time to accept his suspension when it comes and there will probably be a period where a lot flock to Stein. Their reintroduction to Hillary will take place from now all the way until election day; Obama's support will help, Bernie's support if it comes will help, Warren on the ticket will help, and the platform we create at the convention will hopefully help. But it's a process - no matter who it is, it will take time.
