But sometimes the "story" is boring when there are few to no plot or character developments.
And the death episodes also are often meh.

All of the chapters in the novels are moving character development forward sans a few Feast Of Crows chapters.

OT: I was shocked at how much I missed The Hounds presence on screen - definitely nice to see him return.

Another episode proving that the female cast (sans Dany lol) are the best parts of this show.

Nothing satisfies me more than watching Olenna drag the life out of Cersei. I wish it was the entire series.
Diana Rigg needs her own tv show with a Dowager Countess / Queen of Thorns type role.

I don't know why she's always dressed the same, though. You'd think a character of her wealth, stature, etc would have a very lavish wardrobe, even at her age.

Four episodes with back-to-back action and no plot development would just cater to shock value, so it makes sense that the pieces of the puzzle are coming together.

I'm so sick of Arya getting her ass beat, but, yeah, finishing her storyline tonight would have been anticlimactic. She needs an epic fight scene, and the Waif better face total humiliation.

Do you guys think that the Waif and Arya are the same person, that the Waif only exists in Arya's mind, and that she projects the Waif? Read about it here.

yeah, endless repetitions of "words are wind" and "where do *****s go" while we see the sights of irrelevant lands were super great for plot and character.
