She hasn't proven her consistency. Even if we give her more credit than she likely deserves for her past hits, most artists burn out pretty quickly in the hit writing department. They can still write good music, but to keep finding those hooks and melodies is a truly rare gift only bestowed upon the most remarkable songwriters, like Katy and P!nk.
