OT: it's because Puerto Rico has a local election today too and that's being prioritized over the democratic primary election. And also this primary is hand counted and there are parts of Puerto Rico that are hard to reach by land (as in up in the mountains) and those ballots have to be delivered to San Juan so that also is taking time
Anyone who is waiting for results pretty much should stop
. The race is over so I'm not even sure why you are all sitting here, for god knows how much longer, over a race thatll basically give Clinton PR but not enough to give her the nom today. Also she is the nom anyway after Tuesday so...
