Has Adele ever mentioned why she says " Just the Guitar ...ok cool" in Send My Love?

Honestly, I've not been impressed with her live performances this era at all. Some performances from the RMH were great, All I Ask on Ellen was not perfect but beautiful nonetheless, and WUTB was okay on Fallon. However, her voice is a lot more unsettling to listen to nowadays. I used to be able to sit back and watch her blow me away, but now she goes out of tune quite often and can sound very pitchy at times, which puts me on edge when I listen to her. Her tone has changed as well.
I still love her voice, don't get me wrong. However, her voice isn't as stable as it used to be. Even when she was nervous, she used to sound amazing. Now, when she's nervous, she sounds ridiculously pitchy.
The Grammys really slowed down this era incredibly and the Hello performance they uploaded to VEVO was awful. I have no idea why they uploaded it.
Now let me be very honest. I don't like this tour at all. I preferred it when she'd just sit down on the stage and sing her heart out to acoustic sets etc. Now, it's like she's trying to be something she isn't. She has this glamorous dress on (that I don't even like by the way) with a face plastered full of make up. I miss the days when she used to wear whatever the hell she wanted and had a wig on. She's forgotten why people fell in love with her in the first place. Her organic style and her beautiful soulful voice. Her style isn't very organic anymore and her voice hasn't been on point this era. The best part of this tour is her acoustic set when she sings DYR etc. The worst parts are those when she is standing up or moving across the stage.
I'm sorry if you guys disagree, but I needed to vent somewhere. I've been feeling this for a few months now. I'll always love and support her and I get that she has to evolve, but I don't like this Adele as much as I liked 21 Adele.
Her personality is still incredible though!

One of the guitar mics just picked up her saying it in the studio and they thought it sounded cool so they left it.

Hmm honestly her performances sound great except for a few like the NRJ Hello one. Even then it wasn't "bad" just not great. Also Adele performances are already largely just her singing, its not like she is dancing or excess stuff like that. And why can't she have a nice dress on? She is performing to MUCH MORE people than she has before and I feel like its a change that needed to have occurred. Adele and honestly no one should always do and remain the same throughout their life and career. I think the changes are fine, although I can see why you would like her acoustic performances.
If anything, it sounds to me you simply don't like 25 as much compared to 21 musically wise

I agree with Ichi. And Adele was more organic wearing a wig?

Oh well. I don't think she's sounding very good. I must merely have higher standards than everyone else. Or maybe I just don't prefer her tone as much anymore. She's given countless pitchy performances this era, let's not even get started on the tour. I watch her on Periscope and cringe at the amount of times she goes out of tune.
Her LITD performance was beautiful though

Could we actually try and have a more civil conversation I feel like anytime there is a disagreement here people either just bitch at each other, act like they are all high and mighty, or they simply put their ignore hat on

Well in your defense Adele herself said she liked her tone pre 25 Although her voice isn't the same, its honestly an okay change, not going to say its better but its fine. She is able to hit notes she has never had before. When Hello came out I was blown away. Also this is better for her in the long run if she wants her voice to be healthy so!
Also I havent been keeping up with the tour besides watching a few videos here and there. All I can say is that from what I have seen her performances are good but I'm sure she went out of tune here and there, she admits to it herself

That would be amazing, wouldn't it? But don't take 6 words out of 200+ and twist them. I'll call you out on that silly bs.

Well, since we're being honest, I don't like and have never liked Adele's wigs. I don't see much of a problem with her not wearing them and changing her appearance. However, I did love the side bun she always had during the 19 era. I'm glad she went more commercial for 25 because she didn't really have any other logical option. There was a lot of pressure to follow 21 (the biggest billboard 200 era ever) and get reintegrated into the industry. Hopefully, now that she is back, she takes a shorter break and does something more risky and indie with her next album. I see it going something like this:
2016: tour
2017 (1st half): tour extra dates in Australia/South America
2017 (2nd half): complete break
2018: live and write and record
2018 (4th quarter) or 2019 (1st quarter): self titled masterpiece is released
2019: tour in the summer maybe?

Well I can see what you meant. You meant she would put what she would like on, although I argue (similarly to daydreams) that Adele still decides what she wants to wear. Just because she wants to wear something a bit "nicer" doesn't mean she is being less organic.

The wigs were the worst, she seemed wayyy older for her age, it's like she was turning herself into an untouchable diva but i don't think her voice got bad, it's definetely a hit-or-miss with All I Ask, but she slays her setlist every night.... It's obvious that her voice isn't the same since the surgery, her 19 era live performances were perfection, and besides, you can't judge the quality of her performances based on periscope, it's a torture going through that crap everytime it crashes.
The SNL gig was great, the BBC special too, maybe the Italian/German/NRJ/That other french show (all european )performances were bad but only because of her nerves.
-----
I pray to god the Sony rumors are false, being on XL is the best thing she has, i remember there was already a rumor like this before 25 came out yet the album was released under XL, and isn't Taylor still signed to an indie label despite her sales?
Oh well, even if the rumor turns out to be true i'll still support her.

She can be out of pitch a lot on tour and her tone has changed. But, to do over one hundred shows completely live and sound perfect the whole time is a lot to ask for. I think she is doing great. In my opinion, the songs on 25 are just harder to sing and take more range.

I also hope she doesn't go to Sony. And as an extra question? Wouldn't her music have to go on Spotify if she went to Sony?

Get a life? I said I agree with Ichi because I do, and I said the other thing because I thought that it was unfair that you claimed she's now not organic in the 25 era because she's wearing a nice dress and makeup, while the fact is that she's done the same since mid-2011 ( 21 era) and also wore wigs on top of it. If she wanted to wear her jumper and converse onstage, trust me, she'd find a way to do it.
You had strong negative opinions about this era and Adele that you chose to share here, so you have to be open to the idea that people may react fairly strongly in disagreement with you on them
