I don't think Satoshi-Gekkouga takes on Satoshi's appearance at all. In the episode we get to know about the mythical gekkouga, they show a picture of it and it looks the same as Satoshi-Gekkouga so I guess Synchro evolution wont make your poke look a little bit like you.
