What does he care? He's 74...Bernie got nothing to lose. He could even run as a 3rd party candidate if he feels inclined too...he has no allegiance to the Democratic party what so ever. He's could essentially be the Democratic version of 1992's Ross Perot.

He has the opportunity to influence policy within the democratic party. This could very well be his legacy so I'd say he has a lot to lose. Running as a 3rd party or independent may seem attractive on face value but it isn't because there's virtually no chance of an independent winning because the US uses "first past the post"

Good! I hope the media makes all latinos thoroughly aware that Trump is not on their side. I've still seen some pro-Trump comments by latinos on Facebook, and it's baffling. At best, it's like they have become deluded to think that if they throw other latinos under the bus, they will be treated better by white Americans.

Donald Trump attacking a federal judge simply for having Mexican heritage shows that there's really nothing that would make Trump like Latinos.
