Mindtrappa/PropaGaga said there's a chance the jazz album will be pushed until next year and that Tony is just jumping the gun. Furthermore, if the pop album takes off and does well, the jazz album won't come until it's over.

I have this feeling/theory Gaga ends up disliking her own music if it's not released after a certain period of time. That's why she kept obsessively changing things on ARTPOP (making it worse), why she scrapped the songs with RedOne (mostly made in 2015), and the same may happen to the Ronson tracks if she doesn't hurry.
It's something similar to when you take a picture of yourself. You start loving it but the more you stare at it, the more flaws you spot, until you end up hating it. After all, it is well known her best albums (TFM, BTW) were made on tight deadlines.

She kept changing ARTPOP because she wanted to please the fans. There were times she would go outside of her studio where fans were waiting, play them songs, ask what they think, and then go back and change a few things. She was so unsure and insecure about that album, but it was definitely a one-time thing.
We're not 100% sure if she scrapped RedOne for sure, but if she did then it's because what they did together was just not clicking with her, not because they created things and she started hating them. There's a chance she'll still use some of their writing together. Mindtrappa/PropaGaga said that one of the main reasons she even agreed to work with RedOne again was because the label suggested they should just "see if anything will happen".
But with Ronson, it's clear she's completely focused and sure of what they're creating. No second-guessing this time around.
Oh, and BTW wasn't made on a tight schedule lol.
