Not to be distasteful, but I have really bad chest pain rn and am kinda scared in light of recent events
Go seek medical help ASAP, that's a symptom for a lot of bad things, hopefully nothing too serious but please go seek medical assistance and don't take it lightly
I'm not like keeling over or anything and I can breathe fine and whatnot and my parents have guests so I'd feel bad but I'm gonna go tell my sister and make sure she's vigilant

and you shouldn't go to the ER just because your chest hurts. is there any pain in other parts of your body? if there isn't then the chances that you're having a heart attack is low, and i'm not sure what other conditions you could worry about.
what i think you should do is find out more information about the more serious conditions and match up the type of pain you're having with that. like, did it come on quickly, is there any pain anywhere else, what kind of painful feeling is it, those kind of things.
