i have question guys. I heard spotify pays 70% of revenue to artists and keeps 30%. does that mean if im premium user that paid 10$ if i listened to lady gaga song once she is gonna get 7$ or is it global revenue

They get paid by streams. You need to get like thousands of streams in order to get some form of check pretty much.

Yes and not. Spotify pays around 70% of total income separately for subscriptions and freemium accounts. And as @LostInStereo100 said, Spotify paid per stream. It means: they sum wole revenue from subscriptions and then divide it by number of premium streams - this is revenue ratio per stream.
