The hotel is on the north east island on the south west coast (the blue white building).
The other building is a different one (i guess)

The island on the left looks like it has little towns and stuff where people inhibit. It's probably where you catch the legendary Pokemon and the conclusion

but yessss at how big the region is!!!! So cool that there are 4 different islands to explore. There better be over 100 new Pokémon then; especially with a region this big.
