Whenever Gaga gets excited for upcoming projects she always hypes it up and says things that never usually happen.
Does anybody remember when Gaga said that for the Artpop App, we will be able to make sculptures and then she will have make them come to life and have them shipped to our houses or apartments?
Or recently when she said the Bowie Tribute will start a new world and our lives will change forever.
